  1. What is the hotel check in and check out time ? Check in time is 4:00 PM and check out is 11:00 AM.
  2. Does the hotel accept pets ? Yes. Guests are permitted to have up to two common domestic pets weighing no more than 50lbs (23 kilograms). There is a one time non refundable cleaning fee of $100 for both pets. Click here to see our pet policy.
  3. Does the hotel offer housekeeping ? Yes. The hotel offers complimentary refresh service which is replacing towels, removing trash and making beds. For additional cleaning there will be a fee of $30 for a 2 bedroom and $35 for a 3 bedroom.
  4. Does the hotel offer shuttle service to airport/theme parks ? The hotel offers shuttles to Epcot, (Disney), Sea World, Universal, Wet & WIld and Aquatica. The shuttle times will vary depending on the hours of the theme parks. The hotel does not offer shuttles to the airport. Click here for the most current shuttle schedule.
  5. What is the hotel service fee? The hotel service fee includes self parking, daily in-room amenities, in-room starter kit of Starbucks coffee and tea, unlimited local & 800 number phone calls, Wi-Fi internet in the lobby, main pool and cafe areas, in-room high speed internet access and limited service theme parks shuttle. The daily cost is $11.25 plus taxes.
  6. Is there a way to purchase theme park tickets at the hotel ? There is a concierge desk located in the hotel lobby where guests can purchase tickets (theme park tickets, dinner show tickets, etc.) except for Disney tickets. For complete concierge services please contact (321).329.4038.
  7. Is there a grocery store close by ? Yes, Publix grocery is within walking distance of the hotel.
  8. How many people can sleep in a 2 bedroom ? The 2 bedroom sleeps up to six.
  9. How many people can sleep in a 3 bedroom ? The 3 bedroom sleeps up to eight.
  10. Does the hotel have a business center ? Yes, it is located in the hotel lobby. The cost is $0.20 per minute and $0.75 per page to print. There is no charge to print boarding passes.
  11. What is the check in age ? Guests who are checking in need to be 21 years of age.
  12. Does the rate include breakfast ? No, the Palm Cafe on property does serve breakfast, lunch and dinner cooked to order.
  13. Is there Internet access ? Yes, there is wireless in the lobby and by the pool area and high speed internet in the suites with an Ethernet cable connection which are available at the front desk. Please be aware that if the Ethernet cable is not returned there is a $15.00 charge.
  14. Can the hotel accept boxes for a guest who has not checked in ? Yes. Once the boxes arrive, the front desk agent will have them stored in the bell closet until guests arrive.
  15. What time does the pool close ? 11:00 PM.
  16. Do you have a restaurant on property and what are the hours of operation ? Yes, our Palm Cafe is open from 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM on weekdays and 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM on the weekends, and our Pool Bar opens at 11:00 AM daily.
