If you're intent on savoring the Grand Marnier soufflé while black swans drift on the lake outside, that's a good thing. DiRoNA award-winner.

Description: SOUTH ORANGE AVE. Refreshingly unpretentious, this well-received restaurant is run by a husband-and-wife team. Concerned more with food than reputation, they've nonetheless managed to succeed at both. The cuisine, in short, is incredible, especially the wine-infused dish for which the restaurant was named. The menu, although it changes seasonally, keeps this entree and delights guests with a range of seafood, steak, poultry, and veal dishes. The sweetbreads with morel mushrooms is also a classic much-requested by purists. For dessert, those in the know recommend the soufflés, particularly one tinged with Grand Marnier. Service is great.

Description: EPCOT ®. Modeled after a turn-of-the-century Parisian brasserie, this restaurant succeeds under the tutelage of three French chefs. A classic in the Disney fold, Les Chefs delivers reliable, if not overly innovative, cuisine that more than fits the bill for eager patrons. And in the tradition of the brasserie, it works. Escargot, pates, and beef burgundy answer the call for familiar favorites; grilled salmon, Mediterranean seafood casserole, and coq au vin also deliver the goods. Desserts include crème brûlée, soufflés, and pastries. If you're in the mood for something more formal, the upstairs venue offers more upscale food at commensurate prices. Smart casual dress.
