Before you arrive, there may be some information that would be helpful for you to know. Below is a list of Frequently Asked Questions, and their Answers, which may answer some of the questions you’ve been thinking about. If you have other questions that we haven’t answered here, to send us a message, and we’ll get back to you promptly.
What is the hotel check-in and check-out time?
Check in time is 4:00 PM and check out is 11:00 AM.
Does the hotel accept pets?
Yes. Guests are permitted to have up to two common domestic pets weighing no more than 25 lbs. There is a one time non-refundable cleaning fee of $200 for both pets, per stay. Click here to see our pet policy.
Does the hotel offer housekeeping?
Yes. The hotel offers complimentary refresh service, which is replacing towels, removing trash and making beds. For additional cleaning there will be a fee of $40 for a 2-bedroom and $48 for a 3-bedroom.
What is the hotel service fee?
The hotel service fee includes self-parking, unlimited local & 800-number phone calls, Wi-Fi internet in all suites and public areas, use of the fitness center, and scheduled theme park shuttles. Guests will be charged $14.75, plus tax, per suite, per night, not included in the room rate.
Will my credit card be charged when checking into Floridays?
Upon check-in, we will run an "authorization" on the card for the total room charges, plus $50/day/suite for any potential incidental charges. The card will not be charged prior to the guest's check-out.
Bank Debit / Check Cards: If the debit/check card you are using is attached to a checking account, a hold will be placed on the account for the full anticipated dollar amount of your stay, in addition to $50.00 per day, that is held in case of incidental charges. These funds may be held by your financial institution for seven business days or longer after your departure.
Does the hotel offer shuttle service to the airport?
The hotel does not provide Airport Transportation. Taxi cabs are easily available and we are more than happy to coordinate for you, to or from the airport. An average taxi cab ride is between $45-$50 for up to 4 people, one way. In addition, there is transporation with Diamond Ground Transportation. Does the hotel offer shuttle service to theme parks?
The hotel offers scheduled shuttles to Epcot (for Walt Disney World theme parks), SeaWorld, Universal, Wet 'n Wild and Aquatica. The shuttle times will vary depending on the hours of the theme parks. Sterling Transportation (see above question) also can arrange private car transportation to any destination within Central Florida.
Is there a way to purchase theme park tickets at the hotel?
There is a concierge desk located in the hotel lobby where guests can purchase tickets (theme park tickets, dinner show tickets, etc.) except for Disney tickets. For complete concierge services please contact 321-329-4038.
Is there a grocery store close by?
Yes, Publix grocery is within walking distance of the hotel.
Does the hotel offer a grocery delivery service?
Yes, we partner with Orlando Grocery Express. With Orlando Grocery Express, you can shop whenever you want and have everything delivered right to your door. Guests can order Grocery delivery is available 7 days a week. Low delivery fee of $14 with no additional surcharges. Minimum grocery order is $40. Orders over $200 are delivered FREE. How many people can sleep in a 2-bedroom suite?
The 2-bedroom suite sleeps up to six.
How many people can sleep in a 3-bedroom suite?
The 3-bedroom suite sleeps up to eight.
Does the hotel have a business center?
Yes, it is located in the hotel lobby. The cost is $0.20 per minute and $0.75 per page to print. There is no charge to print boarding passes.
What is the check in age?
Guests who are checking in need to be 21 years of age.
Does the rate include breakfast?
No, the Palm Café on property does serve breakfast, lunch and dinner cooked to order.
Is there Internet access?
Yes, there is wireless Internet throughout the property and in all the suites.
Can the hotel accept boxes for a guest who has not checked in?
Yes. Package handling fees start at $20 for one small package (under 25 pounds) and $25 for any package over 25 pounds, for every 5 days held. Additional fees for more or larger packages or longer times may apply. Please contact the hotel directly at (407)-238-7700 for the exact fee. Check with the Bellman or Front Desk if you are expecting a package.
Please be sure it is addressed to: ARRIVING GUEST: (NAME ON YOUR RESERVATION). Packages without names of reserved arriving guests will be returned.
What time does the pool close?
Do you have a restaurant on property and what are the hours of operation?
Yes, our Palm Café is open from 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM on weekdays and 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM on the weekends, and our Pool Bar opens at 11:00 AM daily.
Can I park my commercial truck or commercial vehicle in the Floridays parking lot during my resort stay?
No, sorry. Unfortunately, commercial vehicles or trucks are not permitted in our parking lots. Please make arrangements to park them elsewhere, in approved parking outside of Floridays property, and arrange shuttle transportation to and from the resort from your vehicle. This is in accordance with the Filed Documents of Floridays Orlando Ventures, LLC, which govern the rules of operation of Floridays Resort Orlando.
What's the best way for me to drive to Floridays Resort Orlando (without getting lost)?
Check out our "Map & Directions" section of this website. There you'll find driving directions, our street address (12562 International Dr., Orlando, FL 32821) and our location on Google Maps, which will help you or your GPS find us. Some people like to enter longitude/latitude in their GPS, to help accuracy. Floridays is at: 28.386379,-81.481562. Also, please note, we are located directly behind the BENIHANA restaurant, so you'll turn in immediately south of that restaurant, and you'll see the "Floridays Temporary Entrance" sign there. What restaurants or shops are nearby Floridays?
Floridays Resort Orlando is located along International Drive where restaurants, attractions, and shopping is a short ride away. Click here for International Drive visitor information.
What is Floridays' Smoking Policy?
We are a non-smoking property. However, smoking is allowed in outdoor public areas and on the balconies with the balcony door closed. A $250 cleaning and freshening fee will be added to your bill should we find evidence of smoking in your room.
What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to?keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
