Frequently Asked Questions

Floridays Resort daily resort fee of $35.00 + 12.5% tax per night will be added to the room rate. The resort fee includes: 

  • Self-parking 
  • Scheduled theme park shuttles
  • Wi-Fi internet in all suites and public areas
  • Fitness Center Access
  • Unlimited local and 800-number phone calls
  • Business Center Access

Upon check-in, we will run an “authorization” on the card for the total room charges, plus $50 per day per suite for any potential incidental charges. The card will not be charged prior to the guest’s check-out.

For guests staying 7 days or longer, upon check-in we will run a hard charge on the card for the total room charges, plus $50 per day per suite for any potential incidental charges. Any incidental funds not used will be returned to your card at the end of your stay.

If you are using a debit/check card and it is attached to a banking account, a cash hold will be placed on the account for the full anticipated dollar amount of your stay plus $50 per day for incidentals. If the deposit is placed on a debit card, please be aware that the hotel will release any unused deposit at the point of check-out. Your credit will then be processed by your bank with their respective time frame. Typically, this happens within 7 - 14 business days. Please note we do not accept cash for your incidental deposit.

Floridays Resort Orlando offers convenient daily shuttle service to and from Walt Disney World® Resort, Universal Orlando Resort and SeaWorld theme parks. Shuttle service is available for all hotel guests and is included in the Resort Fee. To view the shuttle schedule click HERE.

The hotel doesn’t provide airport transportation. Taxi cabs are easily available and we are more than happy to coordinate for you. An average taxi cab ride is between $55 for up to four people, one way. In addition, there is transportation with Platinum Transportation. Please contact them at 407-492-8888.

Self-parking is included in our daily resort fee of $30 plus tax, per room, per night. This fee will be added to the room rate.

A guest aged 21 or older must be present at check-in, provide valid payment, and stay in the room for the duration of the reservation. Age and identity verification through a legally-issued identification card is required by all guests at check-in.

The resort does not offer any pre-payment options. For the safety and security of our guests, the guest checking in must provide their own valid credit or debit card, along with their photo identification, upon arrival at our resort for our Guest Service Team to process payment for the pending balance and continue with the check-in process.

Smoking is not permitted in hotel rooms/hotel suites. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor smoking locations. Guests may request location information at check-in. Should evidence of smoking be discovered, a $250 fee will be assessed and charged to the credit card on file.

Cannabis: We expect all guests staying at Floridays Resort Orlando to be aware of and adhere to all applicable laws and hotel policies regarding the use of cannabis and related products in accordance with the Florida Statue which does not allow for the smoking of cannabis, regardless of medical status, in any public area. Public areas at this hotel include the pool area, parking area, building corridors and courtyards, and all other areas, indoor and outdoor, throughout the property. Further to this policy, smoking of any kind is prohibited within any indoor space, including the guests’ rooms. Designated smoking areas are located around the property for tobacco use only. Violations of this policy will result in fines of up to $250 and eviction from the property.

Should noise transmission create a disturbance or a nuisance, the responsibility is of the respective registered guest to abate the noise transmission. In order to ensure the comfort of all guests, radio, hi-fi, television sets, mobile devices, and all other such audio equipment generating noise must be turned down to a minimum volume so as not to disturb other guests between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Any person(s) violating this policy will be warned and may be subject to eviction with subsequent fees.

  • The weight limit for pets is 75 pounds.
  • Only two pets are allowed per room.
  • Animals such as but not limited to reptiles, horses, pigs, cattle, goats, sheep, chickens or other fowl, or birds are prohibited.
  • A copy of your pets’ shot records from a veterinarian must be emailed to the hotel dated no earlier than ten days from the time of arrival – the email is customerservice@floridaysorlando.com. Dogs must be up-to-date with bordetella, distemper, and rabies vaccines. Cats must be up-to-date with FVRCP and rabies vaccines. The owner also takes responsibility and assures pet(s) are up-to-date with flea/tick treatments.
  • Pet Agreement provided by the hotel must be completed, signed, and emailed to the hotel before arrival. Please reach out to us to obtain a copy of the agreement by emailing customerservice@floridaysorlando.com.
  • Dogs must be walked in designated dog walking areas only, and cleaning up after the pet is the responsibility of the pet owner and is required.
  • Pets and emotional support animals are not allowed in restaurants, lounges, pool areas, game room, or any other area not designated as “pet friendly.”
  • When in any designated pet-friendly area, the pet(s) must be in a crate or on a leash.
  • The only pet-friendly areas where pets are permitted without a leash are inside your designated guest room.
  • A $200 fee will be posted to each room a pet(s) occupies.
  • Pets arriving without a signed policy and without proper documentation from the vet will relocate your pet to the nearest local kennel at the owner’s expense.
  • If your pet disposes of any urine or excrement in a guest room, an additional cleaning fee will be added to your bill.
  • If your pet(s) is left alone in the room, we ask that it is placed in a crate environment (if not in a crate environment, your “Do Not Disturb” sign must be placed on the door).
  • Arrangements must be made with our Housekeeping Department regarding servicing your guest room. During housekeeping service, one of the following needs to occur: the owner is present in the room with the pet(s), the pet is removed from the room, or the pet is crated safely.
  • In fairness to all of our guests, you are fully responsible for your pet’s actions. Should noise from your pet become an issue, our management team will contact you to address the situation. If the problem is not addressed, our Security Department reserves the right to resolve the situation. This may include relocation of your pet to our nearest kennel or eviction at the owner’s expense.
  • We accept pets under our pet-friendly program. Any animal exhibiting aggressive behavior will not be permitted on the property. Guest accepts responsibility for their pet(s) and will not hold the hotel responsible for any incidents involving guest pets. Guest accepts responsibility for any damage to the room or its contents incurred as a result of the pet occupying the room.
Yes. Floridays Resort Orlando accepts packages for any of our guests during their stay and prior to check-in. Packages are stored in our Bell Closet until the guest’s arrival date in which they are to be picked up by the guest at Guest Services.

Floridays Resort will charge a Packaging Handling Fee of $10 per package and $5 for Flat Envelopes (Flat rate envelopes from UPS/FEDEX/USPS). After 5 days the handling fee for packages will increase by $10 and continue to increase every 5 days until the package is signed and/or returned.

Check with the Front Desk if you are expecting a package.

Please be sure it is addressed to:
ARRIVING GUEST: (NAME ON YOUR RESERVATION).

Packages without names of reserved arriving guests will be returned.

Yes. Floridays Resort offers grocery delivery from Publix Super Markets, powered by Instacart. Simply go to publix.com/resortdelivery and search for zip code 32821 to shop online for family meals, snacks, over-the-counter medicines, and staple items. Groceries are hand-picked by professional shoppers from Instacart, packed, and delivered to the resort. Please note: Floridays Resort does not hold groceries for guest. When ordering from Instacart, please include your building letter and room number to have your groceries delivered straight to you.

Yes. Publix grocery is within walking distance of the hotel.

The Concierge at Floridays Resort Orlando will help your family create memorable experiences on your next vacation. You have the option of speaking to a concierge representative on-site or visiting our information kiosk for your vacation needs. Talk to us about the theme parks you want to visit, and our staff will find something fun for everyone.

No. Unfortunately, commercial vehicles or trucks are not permitted in our parking lots. Please plan to park them elsewhere in approved parking outside of Floridays property, and arrange shuttle transportation to and from the resort from your vehicle. This is in accordance with the Filed Documents of Floridays Orlando Ventures, LLC, which govern the rules of operation of Floridays Resort Orlando.

Yes. There is wireless Internet throughout the property and in all the suites.

Yes. The vehicle charging station is located by Building B.

Please check out our "Contact & Location" section of this website. There you'll find driving directions, our street address (12562 International Dr., Orlando, FL 32821) and our location on Google Maps, which will help you or your GPS find us. Some people like to enter longitude/latitude in their GPS to help accuracy. Floridays is at: 28.386379,-81.481562. Also, please note that we are located directly behind the Benihana restaurant, so you'll turn in immediately south of that restaurant and you'll see the "Floridays Temporary Entrance" sign there. Check-in time begins at 4:00p.m.

Arrivals before 1 p.m. requesting check-in may be subject to availability and an early check-in fee of $35. Should your room not be available, your luggage can be stored so you can begin enjoying your stay.

Check-out time ends at 11:00a.m.

Requests for a late check-out between 12:00p.m. and 4:00p.m. are subject to availability and a late check-out fee of $25 per hour after 12:00p.m. To request a late check-out, please contact our Front Desk Team on the day before departure. Guests requesting a late check-out after 4:00p.m. are subject to the full nightly rate.

Check-in Policy

Guests booking with discounts such as AAA, AARP, Government, Military, or Southeastern Neighbors must provide proper legally issued identification and applicable membership card confirming eligibility to receive the discount. Failure to provide the proper identification will result in the full rate to be charged at check-in. The minimum age to book a room is 21. A guest aged 21 or older must be present at check-in, provide valid payment, and stay in the room for the duration of the reservation. Age and identity verification through a legally issued identification card is required by all guests at check-in.

The two-bedroom suite sleeps up to six guests.

The three-bedroom suite sleeps up to eight guests.

The pool closes at 11 p.m.

Open from 7 a.m. – 10 p.m. (Monday - Thursday) and 7 a.m. – 11 p.m. (Friday - Sunday).

Pool Bar: Lounging by the pool with your favorite snack or cocktail makes for a perfect afternoon in Orlando. Catch up on your favorite sports team on one of the TVs at the bar and enjoy your choice of burgers, wings and pizza. Add a souvenir cup with your drink purchase and receive discounted refills during your stay!

No. The Palm Café on property does serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner cooked to order.
