Check-in / Check- Out

Check in time begins at 4:00 PM. You are more than welcome to arrive early and if your room is available, our Front Desk Team will be able to check you in. Any arrivals before noon will be subject to availability and may be subject to an early check-in fee of $35. Should your room not be available, you can always store your luggage with our bell staff.

Our standard check-out time is at 11am. For any check-out time after 11am, it is subject to availability on the day you depart and may be subject to an additional fee. To request a late check-out, please contact our Front Desk Team.

Resort Fee

A daily resort fee of $35.00 + 12.5% tax per night will be added to the room rate. The resort fee includes:

  • Self-parking
  • Scheduled theme park shuttles
  • Wi-Fi internet in all suites and public areas
  • Fitness Center Access
  • Unlimited local and 800-number phone calls
  • Daily guestroom refresh

Housekeeping Policy

For stays of 5 consecutive nights or longer, a full housekeeping service is provided after the 5th night of stay. If your scheduled departure date is the next day after the 5th night, the full housekeeping service will not be provided. Additional housekeeping services may be requested at the front desk by 4pm the day prior at an additional fee. 

Full Cleaning: A full cleaning includes change of sheets, towels, and replacement of toiletry amenities. Accommodations are fully cleaned, vacuumed, dishes washed and surfaces cleaned.

  • Two Bedroom Units: $65
  • Three Bedroom Units: $75

Smoking Policy

Smoking, vaping and cannabis are not permitted on property, inside the suites and on the balconies. Violation of any component of this policy will result in a $250 fine applied to the guestroom, and could be cause of eviction.

Pet Policy

Guests are permitted to have up to two common domestic pets weighing no more that 75lbs (34Kg). A one time non-refundable pet fee of $200 will be collected upon arrival.
